The Kaplan Family Library is proud to staff a dynamic group of students each year through the Federal Work-Study program. In this role, students are able to gain professional skills and experience while balancing a rigorous academic schedule.
Eligibility for the Work-Study program is determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Students who are granted a Work-Study award are able to work a pre-determined number of hours in on-campus offices, and are paid directly through a bi-weekly paycheck.
NOTE: A very limited number of Part-Time positions are available for students who are not eligible for the Work-Study program. Part-Time positions are staffed directly by the college and are independent of Financial Aid status. Applicants are welcome to submit their interest and are encouraged to do so early as these positions fill up quickly.
The Library is excited to welcome a new cohort of Work-Study students in the role of Library Assistant. All interested students should reserve an appointment to discuss the role further and complete a brief form using this link: https://msmc.libwizard.com/f/fall2025.
